Having worked as an IT consultant, I’ve spent many hours in offices, travelling, away from home, attending events in the evening… That lifestyle leads to problems such as lower back pain, low energy levels and chronic stress.
I’ve tried typical 4/5-day bodybuilding routines, they made me look bigger but they didn’t help to improve my overall fitness or increase my energy levels, and were also boring. After years of working at a desk and carrying heavy laptops, I had some problems with strength in my left shoulder and lower back. After the assessment and first session with Ismael he quickly identified these problems and tailored my workouts to strengthen these areas as well as take into account my fitness goals.
