Travelling for work is the norm in many professions. If you work in Consultancy, Sales, or the Aviation industry chances are you are always on the go. It’s also used as an excuse not to train or eat healthy.
That’s why I’m a big fan of having a good selection of workouts that does not require anything but your bodyweight or your suitcase for some exercises.
The workout bellow is a good example, it’s suitable for all levels. If you are a beginner and you can’t handle the number of reps then do less reps, if you can handle more reps then do more. I suggest starting with two cycles, then progress from there adding more cycles and/or additional reps.
Do the exercises with minimum rest in between, after the workout you should be sweating like crazy.
20 Body Weight Squats
15 Push Ups
10 One-Arm Luggage Rows (the guy in the video is using a dumbbell but you can use your suitcase)
10 Reverse Crunches
Then a few stretches once you’re done and that’s it! really easy and effective.
